At TARAYI PARIS, we believe that any company’s activity should never have a negative impact on the environment. We want to go beyond offsetting our CO2 emissions to regenerate wildlife habitats and forest ecosystems. Most of the indiscriminate deforestation today occurs in the tropics while it is home to 85% of the world's biodiversity. To help reverse this trend, we have partnered with Tree-Nation to plant a tree for each product bought. Majority of our trees are being planted in the tropical area. The trees species there grow rapidly absorb CO2 faster.
WHERE DO WE PLANT?
The Adivasi Bhatra tribe in India relies on forests for food security and livelihood through the collection of forest produces. The project involves the planting of 25,000 highly valued native trees in five villages, with the goal to help restore forests, enhance ecosystem services and rural economy. Learn more here.
We will be also planting trees from 10 different species in countries like Madagascar, France, Kenya, Colombia, Nicaragua, Tanzania...
HOW IT WORKS
After you've placed your order you will first receive a confirmation email from us about your order, with a receipt of your purchase. You will also receive a separate email with the title 'Tarayi Paris offered you a tree on Tree-Nation.' For every purchased item at our store, we will plant 1 tree (example: 5 items purchased = 5 trees).
