Shipping policy

We currently only deliver within the EU. All our shipments originate from France.
We use either Chronopost or Colissimo for deliveries based on the type of products you have ordered.
We usually ship all orders within 1 day of order creation. Our delivery partners usually deliver within 3-6 working days.
Given the current situation with the covid-19 pandemic, kindly expect slightly longer delivery timelines.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the same along with a shipment tracking number. You can then follow the status of your shipment by using the tracking number at https://tarayi.aftership.com.
