If you did not receive an order confirmation email, it is possible that the payment did not go through. In such a case your account will not be debited.
However, if the payment was successful or if you are unsure about it, please contact us and we will look into it.

You can cancel your order as long as it is not shipped. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
Yes, you can do so as long as the order is not yet shipped. Once it has been shipped, we will do our best to communicate the change in delivery address to our delivery partners but we cannot guarantee that it will be taken into account.
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with the shipment tracking number. You can then track the shipment on tarayi.aftership.com.
We send an order receipt with the order confirmation email. The actual invoice will be sent to you along with the product during delivery. If you wish to receive the invoice earlier over email, please contact us and we will email it to you.
You have upto 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product free of charge. You can either choose to exchange the product for another one from our shop or get for a full refund. The product should be returned in it's original condition without use or damage.

We will refund the same card that was used to pay for the order in the first place.
